How do I add a new credit or debit card to pay my account fee?

Sign into your account, then click 'Payment methods' on the left.

You can only pay Unchained account fees with a credit or debit card. Even if you have linked a bank account to Unchained, we will not charge your bank account directly.

If you have multiple accounts, like personal, IRA, or business accounts, you’ll need to make changes to each account individually.

How to add a new credit or debit card

1. Sign in to your account.
2. Click Payment Methods, then select the Credit cards tab. 
3. Select +Add credit card.
4. Enter your card details and click Submit. 

How to change the card associated with your annual fee

1. Sign in to your account.
2. Click on Account settings, then Subscriptions.
3. Choose Modify subscription and select the card you want to use.
