How do I add a new credit or debit card to pay my account's fees?

Sign into your account, then click 'Profile' on the left.

You can only pay Unchained annual fees with a credit or debit card. Even if you have linked a bank account to Unchained, we will not charge your bank account directly.


If you have multiple accounts, like personal, IRA, or business accounts, you’ll need to make changes within each account separately.

How to add a new credit or debit card

  1. Sign in to your Unchained account and click the Profile option on the left-side navigation bar.
  2. Select Bank accounts on the top navigation bar.
  3. Select Add credit card and choose one of your accounts to link the bank account to.
  4. Enter your card details and click Submit

How to change the card associated with your annual fee

  1. Select the account you want to manage.
  2. Click Subscriptions on the top navigation bar.
  3. On the Subscriptions page, you can view the annual fee, active date, next renewal date, current payment method, and upgrade to our Signature Product.
