How do I change the residential address on my Unchained account?
Keep your residential and mailing addresses up to date.
We require a residential address for all personal Unchained accounts. Your residential address is defined as your primary place of residence. P.O. boxes or mailing forwarding service addresses will not be accepted.
How to update your address:
- Sign in to your Unchained account using your existing email and password.
- Click User info on the lower-left side of the screen.
- Select the Contact info tab at the top of your screen and press Update under the Residential address or Mailing address headings.
- Enter your information and click Submit changes.
- Review the changes and select Update.
Once verified, your address will be saved and updated in our system.
Note for business accounts: Your business address is defined as the primary place of business and the location where it conducts the majority of its business activities. A P.O. box, mailing service, or address of a registered agent will not be accepted.
