      How do I enable biometric authentication on the Unchained mobile app?

      Enable Face ID to enhance your security

      The Unchained iOS app supports Face ID as a sign in method. You must download the app and sign in to your Unchained account to enable this feature.

      How to enable Face ID:

      1. Open the Unchained iOS app.
      2. Select your profile in the upper-left corner.


      3. Press Security and privacy.
      4. Choose Manage Apple Face ID.
      5. Turn on Face ID. You will now be able to sign into the app using your biometrics.
