      Which U.S. holidays are recognized by Unchained?

      Our support teams are unavailable for most major holidays

      Unchained recognizes several holidays throughout the year. During most of these holidays, live support will be unavailable. USD payments and wire services are unavailable on U.S. banking holidays.

      Unavailable services:

      • Phone support
      • Email support
      • Live chat
      • Incoming USD payments for trades
      • IRA funding wires

      However, there are some exceptions where partial services remain operational. Please see below for a full list of 2025 holidays recognized by Unchained:
