How do I change the email address on my Unchained account?

Keep your information up to date to receive notifications regarding your account.

How to change your email address:

1. Sign in to your Unchained account and click the Profile option on the left-side navigation bar.
2. Select the Contact info tab at the top of your screen and press the pencil icon next to your email address. 
3. Enter your new email address in the box and click Request change. This will send a confirmation email to the new email address.
4. Check your email inbox for the email from Unchained and click on the confirmation link.
5. Sign back in to your Unchained account to verify the change.

That's it! Make sure to update the email in your password manager if you use one.
