What can I do if I lose my two-factor authentication (2FA) ?

You can reset your 2FA with your email address.

If you get a new cell phone or lose your 2FA for any reason, you can reset it. 


If you believe that your account has been compromised, contact our team.

How to reset your 2FA

  1. Use your email and password to sign in to your account at my.unchained.com.
  2. When prompted for a 2FA code, click Reset 2FA.

  3. Check your email. We will send you a link to reset your 2FA. Open the email from Unchained and click the link within.
  4. Record your verification video. We will send you an email confirmation once we disable your 2FA. 
  5. Using the link in your email, sign back into your account and re-enable 2FA.
