How do I submit a commercial loan application?

What you need

• An approved non-IRA Unchained account
• A key uploaded to your account
• A linked bank account
• To be located in an eligible state

How to submit a loan application

1. Sign in to your Unchained account and navigate to the loans page by clicking Loans on the top navigation bar, then click New Loan.
2. Read important loan information in the Overview.
3. Type in the principal amount in USD or bitcoin amount you'd like to use as collateral.
   
   1. Note: The origination fee is deducted from the principal amount, with the difference sent as the disbursement to the linked bank account (except in the case of a refinance).
   2. Read and acknowledge the UCC screening disclosure. 
4. Answer the primary loan purpose question(s).
   • Note: if you are requesting a refinance of an existing loan, select Refinance existing Unchained loan(s). You can indicate a request of additional funding by submitting a higher principal amount than your existing loan's principal balance. 
5. Select an available key to use with your loan.
6. Choose the linked bank account you wish to use for interest payments and select Auto ACH or Manual as the payment method. 
7. Choose the linked bank account you wish to use for the disbursement.
8. Review your application for accuracy before clicking Submit.
9. Unchained will review the application and respond via email.
