How do I withdraw funds from my Cash Balance to a bank account?

Request a withdrawal directly within your Cash Balance interface.

You may withdraw funds stored in your cash balance to one of your linked bank accounts. 

To initiate a withdrawal from your Cash Balance, navigate to Payment methods within your Unchained account and select the Cash Balance tab.

Next, select the Withdraw button to access the withdrawal form. 

Specify the amount you’d like to withdraw and which of your externally linked bank accounts you’d like Unchained to send the funds to. 

Review the details of your withdrawal. When you’re ready to proceed with the withdrawal, check the box to accept Unchained’s terms of service and initiate the withdrawal by clicking the Withdraw funds.
