How do I withdraw USD cash to a bank account?

Request a withdrawal directly within your CMA or Cash Balance interface.

You may withdraw funds stored in your Cash Management account or cash balance to one of your linked bank accounts.

How to initiate a cash withdrawal to an external bank account

  1. Navigate to the Cash account or Cash balance tab in the top navigation bar.

  2. Next, select the Withdraw button to access the withdrawal form. Specify the amount you’d like to withdraw and which of your externally linked bank accounts you’d like Unchained to send the funds to.

  3. Click Preview withdrawal to view the details of your withdrawal. When you’re ready to proceed with the withdrawal, check the box to accept Unchained’s terms of service and initiate the withdrawal by clicking the Withdraw funds.

Note: Withdrawals typically take 1-2 business days to process. If you request to withdraw an amount that exceeds your available balance, processing may take longer.

All withdrawals are currently processed using either ACH or wire transfer. Generally, all withdrawals under $100,000 are processed via ACH. Outbound wires are initiated for withdrawals over that amount.
